Drivers Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I have a say in what business is advertised on my vehicle?

Yes. We will contact you as soon as you are matched with a campaign and give you information about the advertising company and the campaign. You then have the option to accept or pass on the offer.

2. Can I sign up if my vehicle is damaged?

Sorry, Drivertise will only accept drivers who have vehicles in good working order without any exterior damage.

3. What if I purchase a new vehicle during the campaign?
  • Decals are non-transferable, so we will be unable to take the decal off and apply it to your new vehicle. Before you agree to a Drivertise campaign, please ensure you are not planning to buy a new vehicle in the near future.
  • If there are extenuating circumstances requiring you to change vehicles, we can discuss options to wrap your new vehicle or exit your contract. However, there may be a cost associated with this.
4. What if I move?
  • Before signing onto a campaign please be sure you are planning to remain in your current location for the length of the contract.
  • If an unforeseen event occurs and you are required to move your residence, we will communicate with the advertiser to determine whether or not your new driving patterns remain aligned with the advertisers needs.
  • Drivertise reserves the right to cancel Drivertise contracts, with a potential cost to the Drivertiser, should the move hinder the campaign.
5. When will I receive a campaign offer?

Please be patient. We are constantly working to find the right advertiser to market on your vehicle and get you paid. When you and your driving habits match one of our advertiser’s requests, we will contact you right away with the offer and details of the campaign.

6. What happens if I get into an accident after a decal has been applied to my vehicle?
  • If you were not at fault for the accident, the contract will likely be extended for the amount of time your vehicle is off the road.
  • If you were at fault for the accident, Drivertise may be required to take you off the campaign. In such case, there could be additional costs related to the decals.
7. Do I require a background and driving record check?

Yes, upon being matched with a campaign we will need to complete a driving record check and potentially, a background check as part of our quality assurance process.
